If you didn’t already want to move to Charleston, South Carolina, this charming ranch renovation will do it. You guys may remember my friend from Salt Marsh Renovations, who helped us update our basement flooring when we first moved into our house. This remodeled home in Old Town, Mount Pleasant is the team’s latest project, and it’s absolutely gorgeous!!!(and for sale). A year well into our ongoing renovation, I really appreciate a house that’s ready-to-move in and well-designed. Herringbone floors and marble in the bathrooms, vaulted ceilings, an open floor plan and my favorite, a moody blue island in the kitchen, are just a few of the reasons this house is a find.
Open Floor Plan
One of the things I love the most about this kitchen is it’s versatility and openness. It’s classic and durable with stainless steel appliances and a quartz countertop. There is also extra storage space in the kitchen island with “hidden” push latch cabinets!
