We are happy to offer flat rate shipping on all orders within the Continental U.S.

When Will My Package Arrive?

All in-stock orders are shipped via ground service and should arrive within 5-7 business days after your order is processed. For in-stock items, orders are typically processed within 2 business days. If you're item requires restocking, processing and ship times will vary. You will receive an email notification with an update on expected timing.

If you need your order sooner, you may select an expedited shipping option at checkout at the customer's expense.

We are unable to ship on weekends and Holidays.

How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order is placed you will receive an email with processing information. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email with your tracking number.

Do You Ship To My Location?

We currently only offer shipping within the continental U.S. but are hoping to expand to Hawaii and Alaska and internationally soon.

What if my package is lost?

We hope this does not happen! But if your package is lost in transit, please reach out to right away - bluedoorliving@gmail.com. Please note, after an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes yet (sorry!)

Returns

We carry pieces we truly love, but understand sometimes returns are necessary. If you are dissatisfied with your item for any reason you may make a return postmarked within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in the original packaging and with the invoice included in the original shipment for a refund.

We will not cover return shipping expense. Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

Items must arrive to Blue Door Living undamaged.

A full refund will be processed within 30 days to the original form of payment. The original shipping charge covered by free shipping is non-refundable.

Damages

If your package was damaged in-transit, upon delivery please contact our team immediately at bluedoorliving@gmail.com. A photo is the best way to receive a refund quickly  and ensure future quality care with our shipping providers. Due to the limited quantity of our products, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a replacement will be in stock. We will do our best to locate a replacement if desired.
